Description:  This in-person training provided sales team members with foundational knowledge of the company's sales enablement platform. Articulate Storyline was used to create selling scenarios for learners to analyze and identify best practices. They were also challenged to learn new learning strategies and implement them immediately. Developing this training required collaboration with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts. The training survey showed 5/5 satisfaction from learners and increased pitches sent on the platform month over month. It was then adapted into a Virtual Instructor-Led Training to provide the opportunity to train new sales team members during their onboarding program. 

Learning Objective: Learners will be able to confidently create and send targeted emails to their accounts based on data analysis to achieve specific sales goals.

Description: The topic for this learning solution is providing training to educators on increasing and improving the opportunities for student discourse in their classrooms. Utilized ADDIE Design Model and needs analysis to determine the differentiation needed for participants. 

Learning Objective: Learners will be able to explain how classroom discourse strategies benefit students’ critical thinking and engagement by reading and reflecting on current theory and praxis.

Description:  This in-person training provided new teachers with foundational knowledge of the organization's systems and structures. Teachers also had time to connect with other new staff and returning staff who joined for the special training day. The presentation was shared and used as a resource. 

Learning Objective: Learners will be able to connect with other new staff members at Jefferson Jr./Sr. High School and Learners will be able to ask clarifying questions to better understand systems and structures of Jefferson Jr./Sr. and Jeffco Public Schools.
